As a vital member of the Biotherapeutics group, you will enhance our discovery and preclinical development efforts. Your expertise in recombinant antibody and bispecific antibody production will be essential. You'll design and monitor experiments aimed at improving therapeutic efficacy, ensuring that our candidates are fit for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design CHO-based cell lines for therapeutic candidates
• Optimize workflows and expression systems through innovative techniques
• Conduct transfection, single-cell cloning, and imaging analysis
• Drive innovation by developing new expression vectors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights
Requirements:
• PhD in molecular biology or related field
• 5+ years in biotechnology/pharmaceutical roles
• Strong experience in CHO-cell cultivation and vector construction
• Proficient in monoclonality demonstration and screening methods
• Familiarity with analytical techniques like HPLC or LC/MS
