We're looking for positive, dynamic, and energetic chocolate lovers who enjoy connecting with people and bringing delight (and smiles!) into their day. If you have these qualities and a passion for premium chocolate, this is the perfect role for you!

As a Part-time Seasonal Lindt Chocolate Advisor, you'll:

• Welcome guests with warmth and help them find their perfect chocolate match
• Share your product knowledge and go the extra “mile” to create unforgettable experiences
• Be a team player who helps the shop sparkle, from sales to merchandising to gifting
• Handle transactions with care and support in keeping our shelves stocked with sweet goodness

What we're looking for:

• A friendly, energetic personality with strong communication skills
• Experience in retail or customer service (bonus points if you've worked with sales targets or POS systems!)
• Someone reliable, flexible, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
• A true passion for chocolate

Availability Requirements:

• 15–20 hours per week
• Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including:
• 1 opening shift (weekday)
• 1 closing shift (weekday)
• 1 weekend shift
• Food Handler Certification is an asset
