As Vice President, Retail Operations, you lead the performance and execution of our store network, owning sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence. You set the operating cadence for the field, develop high‑performing leaders, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards and visual presentation, vendor activations, and the execution of in‑store ecommerce. You partner closely across the business and spend meaningful time in stores coaching, removing barriers, and driving results.

• Own sales and profit delivery across the fleet, including comp growth, margin, and controllable expenses.
• Establish a clear performance rhythm through scorecards, business reviews, store walks, and action plans.
• Identify trends early and deploy practical playbooks that improve conversion, productivity, and execution for traditional bricks‑and‑mortar business and e‑commerce.

• Ensure stores execute omnichannel services such as pickups, returns, and ship‑from‑store where applicable without compromising store productivity.
• Define and manage the balance between the execution of ship‑from‑store to fulfill e‑commerce demands while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Partner with eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to continuously improve omnichannel execution.
• Ensure stores are enabled operationally and culturally to support omnichannel growth.

• Set and reinforce service standards and selling behaviors that reflect a premium sport and style experience and brand expectations.
• Ensure consistent execution of store standards across all locations, including visual presentation, replenishment disciplines, and overall store environment.
• Lead the planning and execution of vendor activations in store, ensuring initiatives are brand‑aligned, operationally executable, and drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Strengthen service recovery and customer resolution through simple, scalable practices.

• Standardize core store processes including labor planning, scheduling, opening readiness, cash controls, and safety.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Loss Prevention to improve inventory accuracy, shrink outcomes, and stock flow.
• Simplify and scale operating practices through playbooks, training, and clear field communications.

• Lead, coach, and develop senior field leaders and store leaders through them
• Build succession depth and strong internal pipelines for key roles.
• Create clarity through expectations, routines, feedback, and development that improve engagement and retention.

• Align priorities with Merchandising and Planning, Marketing, Finance, People and Culture, Facilities, Technology, and Supply Chain.
• Translate enterprise strategy into field‑ready plans that teams can execute consistently.

• A disciplined operator who sets clear priorities, follows through, and drives consistent execution.
• Customer‑obsessed and able to turn a great experience into measurable behaviors and standards.
• A people leader who coaches leaders, builds teams, and creates accountability with clarity and respect.
• Data‑informed and pragmatic, comfortable using KPIs to diagnose issues and drive action.
• A strong communicator who aligns stakeholders and simplifies complexity for the field.

• 12 or more years of progressive retail leadership, including multi‑site store network accountability.
• Demonstrated success improving sales and profitability through operational rigor and talent development.
• Strong command of retail P&L drivers, labor planning, store productivity, and field execution.
• Experience leading change adoption at scale and building operating routines that stick.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the store network.
• A coaching mindset.
