Assistant Store Manager – you will be the Lovisa ambassador and lead your team by example, sharing sales techniques and achieving your store’s KPIs. If you see yourself as a great leader and want to climb the retail ladder, then this is the role for you!

Lovisa was created out of a need for on‑trend fashion jewelry at ready‑to‑wear prices. Our trend‑spotting departments worldwide take inspiration from couture runways and current street style to deliver new, must‑have styles to our customers. We are a fashion‑forward jewelry brand that caters to every woman, with 150 new styles being delivered to stores each week. • Existing Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with experience creating a team environment, coaching, developing, and motivating the team to deliver great results
• A leader who cares for their team and builds great relationships
• A strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to customers
• Experience in delivering and driving target KPI’s

• Open availability for the retail work week
• Must be 18 years or older
• Store management experience for a retailer or hospitality
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
• Strong people‑management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• A proven track record of delivering results
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for retail and fashion
