Responsibilities Tasks- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Order merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- 3-4 people
