Position: Harry Rosen Style Advisor Role
Become a key player as a Style Advisor at Harry Rosen, Canada’s recognized luxury menswear retailer. Drive sales and enhance client experiences through exceptional service and fashion expertise.

As a Style Advisor, your role involves leveraging 2-5 years of retail clothing experience to build an engaged client base. You will provide personalized fashion advice, drive sales through holistic selling, and educate clients about our loyalty program. Active participation in store merchandising will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and grow a loyal customer base in-store

• Advise clients on the benefits of our loyalty program

• Engage in various merchandising activities for store upkeep

• Conduct timely follow-ups regarding client needs

• Prepare product presentations for individual appointments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience

• Experience in luxury menswear sectors is preferred

• Driven to provide excellent customer service

• Understanding of technology to assist service strategies

• Ability to thrive as part of a collaborative team
