Your role will support store operations and enhance the customer experience for pet lovers.
As a Keyholder, you will be integral to executing store operations while connecting with customers and their pets. Candidates with two years of retail or customer service experience will thrive in this role. Leading by example, you will help foster a team environment focused on service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate customer transactions at the cash register
• Oversee daily operations and various paperwork tasks
• Stock pet supplies and household items accurately
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Assist in deliveries and stocking of pet food items
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Competency with point-of-sale systems
• Friendly and approachable customer service attitude
• Capability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Flexible availability for work shifts, including weekends
