You will report to the Group Sales Manager, responsible for effective daily operations within your department. Emphasizing team leadership, task delegation, and training in company standards, you’ll ensure an outstanding customer experience. This position also includes handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with store policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and oversight for team operations
• Delegate tasks clearly and effectively
• Train team members in processes and procedures
• Maintain impeccable visual standards throughout the store
• Resolve customer issues with excellent judgment
Requirements:
• 2+ years in supervisory experience preferred
• Available for varied shifts, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Skills in customer service and need evaluation
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an advantage
