In this key role, you will concentrate on improving workflows and documentation processes across all retail banners. Your retail background will enable you to effectively connect operations with business systems. Important attributes for success in this role include collaboration, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance retail systems and processes on a daily basis
• Create and manage operational training and documentation
• Support OMS for consistent order processing and flow
• Collaborate with teams to achieve operational alignment
• Identify efficiency improvements and process enhancements
Requirements:
• Background in retail operations and customer service
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work in-store and at SSC regularly
• Availability from Sunday to Thursday for operational support
