Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers in-store and via phone regarding products
• Prepare and confirm special orders with accuracy
• Ensure the store layout and stock are well maintained
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate concerns
• Engage in ongoing training to boost product knowledge
Requirements:
• Strong focus on customer service and sales skills
• Good communication and interaction abilities
• Experience in a customer-oriented position
• Capability to lift and carry medium to heavy items
