Join Icebreaker as a Store Supervisor, where you'll enhance customer experiences and drive team performance in Vaughan Mills, Ontario. This part-time role focuses on retail excellence and operational success.
As a Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager in coaching staff and executing daily store operations. Engage customers in discussions about Icebreaker’s sustainable products while ensuring high merchandising standards and staff productivity. Your leadership will be critical in creating a positive work environment and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop team skills to achieve sales outcomes
• Lead customer engagement initiatives and local events
• Manage store operations including opening and closing
• Partner in staff training for customer engagement best practices
• Conduct weekly reporting and loss prevention audits
Requirements:
• 1+ years in retail management in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Flexibility for evenings and holiday shifts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in PC software applications
