Guest Experience Assistant (Sales Receptionist)

Lexus of Vaughan, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, a privately‑owned network of 35+ successful dealerships, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT to join the Team.

The expected pay rate for this role is $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

About the opportunity

As an integral part of the operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

  • Welcome guests visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
  • Coordinate hand‑over between guest and Sales Consultant
  • Obtain pertinent guest information and enter into Customer Retention Management software
  • Operate a multi‑line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
  • Review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input
  • Coordinate and process customer payments
  • Vehicle licensing
  • Initial service scheduling
  • Vehicle inventory administration, including website maintenance
  • Assist with sales reporting
About you

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self‑motivation and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • A desire to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
  • A proven commitment to quality of work
