Join American Eagle as a Brand Ambassador at Vaughan Mills! Utilize your love for AE products to enhance customer experiences and inspire brand loyalty every shift.
In this part-time role, you will represent American Eagle by ensuring each customer receives excellent service. Using the AEO Selling Model, you'll engage with guests, share details about products, and promote the AEO loyalty program. You'll enjoy a dynamic retail environment, easily shifting your focus across different store areas according to the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product education and tailored suggestions
• Promote the brand loyalty program to enhance guest experiences
• Flexibly transition between various store roles as needed
• Solve any customer concerns while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• Enjoy working with people
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Age requirement: at least 16 years
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
