You will facilitate the implementation of training programs and enhance product knowledge among staff. As an ambassador for Canadian Tire’s rewards program, you’ll ensure compliance with store policies while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training and development plans for staff

• Coach and deliver performance feedback continuously

• Maintain store compliance with financial and LP standards

• Supervise the efficiency of store e-commerce processes

• Collaborate on team progression and development
Requirements:

• At least five years of retail management experience

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High energy and passion for achieving results

• Proven ability to execute on daily store initiatives
