In this role, you will be pivotal in improving the sales-merchandising culture within the store. Tasks include coordinating replenishment, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards. You'll also engage with customers, assist them through sales channels, and help with product knowledge training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily replenishment activities on the sales floor
• Ensure merchandise meets Section Perfection standards
• Create engaging displays to attract customer attention
• Execute event setups and promotional plans
• Perform inventory checks and address discrepancies
Requirements:
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Analytical skills to extract insights from data
• Proficiency with ERP software and mobile technology
• Flexible availability including weekends
