Position: Leadership Role as Key Lead at A&F Co.

In this vital role, you will act as the Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure seamless store operations. Your focus on customer engagement and strong communication will not only improve team dynamics but also significantly enhance the in-store experience for customers. Manage various responsibilities from sales to inventory oversight effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage opening and closing routines systematically

• Operate the register and POS systems proficiently

• Analyze performance reports to guide decisions

• Cultivate brand awareness and product knowledge

• Create and maintain visually appealing displays

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. recommended

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be energetic and assertive

• Adaptability to multiple tasks with detail-oriented focus
