Take your retail buying expertise to Dear Born Baby & Kids. We're seeking a Buyer dedicated to optimizing our product selection and vendor partnerships across both retail and e-commerce.

This role is crucial to driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in our well-established boutique and online store. With 3-5 years of retail buying experience, you'll utilize your analytical skills and ability to independently manage purchasing decisions. Collaborate with marketing for successful product launches and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct purchasing and inventory management for retail

• Analyze performance to inform buying strategies

• Cultivate vendor relationships and negotiate pricing

• Onboard new brands to meet customer demand

• Manage product data and SKU lifecycle

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail buying experience

• Strong analytical and financial skills

• Proven independent decision-making abilities

• Advanced Excel skills;
Shopify knowledge is a plus

• Organized and detail-oriented mindset
