In this key role, you will support the Store Leadership Team to meet sales initiatives and maintain high standards in store presentation. You’ll demonstrate selling skills, engage customers, and address their needs promptly. Managing stock levels and maintaining a clean environment while adhering to safety protocols are essential aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers promptly, prioritizing their needs
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service
• Communicate product value and current promotions
• Maintain stock levels and store cleanliness
• Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferably previous retail experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver on the sales floor
