Position: Customer Service Supervisor )
Sales Support Supervisor  As a member of the Store Leadership Team, you embody Spence’s culture and core values by demonstrating outstanding leadership and support to the front‑of‑house Sales Support team. Reporting directly to the Store Director, you are the backbone of the store, ensuring an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints, including phone, email, and in‑store interactions.
Responsibilities   Greet and assist every customer in a positive, professional manner (phone, email, in‑store).
Handle sales transactions, process payments, and complete end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
Manage data entry, financial handling, and store operational compliance.
Inspect and process incoming product repairs, following up with customers via phone or email.
Conduct product quality checks and deliver completed orders to customers ntain showroom appearance, merchandising, and overall store tidiness.
Oversee shipping and receiving of inventory and orders, ensuring accurate inventory control.
Perform physical inventory cycle counts, report discrepancies, and maintain supply inventories.
Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues (CSPs) quickly and professionally in line with company guidelines.
Support sales consultants during busy periods by guiding customers through the Spence showroom experience.
Act as the Store’s Health & Safety Representative, ensuring compliance with safety and loss‑prevention protocols.
Recruit, train, manage performance, resolve conflicts, coach, and develop the Sales Support team.
Enforce new staff adherence to the designated training process in partnership with Operations.
Supervise and support the productivity, accuracy, and efficiency of the Sales Support team.
Provide coaching and performance‑management support for part‑time associates; create action plans with the Store Director.
Conduct individual coaching sessions and spontaneous feedback discussions.
Create and manage monthly schedules for the Sales Support Associates, ensuring hours stay within allocation.
Support the Store Director in maintaining store standards, business operations, morale, culture, and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications   1–2+ years supervisory experience, ideally managing 3–5 people.
5+ years of customer‑service or client‑facing experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability and quick thinking.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Schedule  Full‑time position (40–42 hours per week) on a rotating schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and evenings, as the store operates 7 days a week.
Compensation  Base annual salary ranging from $46,000 to $52,000, determined by location, market standards, and candidate qualifications.
Availability  Immediate opening with an anticipated start date in early June 2026.
