In this multifaceted position, you will manage daily store functions, including opening and closing routines, while actively driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform opening and closing store routines
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations
• Train and develop non-management staff
• Analyze sales reports for informed decision making
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders and manage register systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or one year supervisory experience
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in coaching and team building
