Part-Time Brand Ambassador at AEO

Engage shoppers as a part-time Brand Ambassador at AEO! Enhance customer experiences and promote brand loyalty through product knowledge and friendly service.

In this role, you will be the face of AEO, delighting guests with your energy and product passion. As a valued team member, you will utilize the AEO Selling Model to educate shoppers and assist them across various store zones.

Your role involves promoting the AEO loyalty program and helping maintain store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests using AEO Selling Model techniques

• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to shoppers

• Flexibly assist in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom

• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of age

• Prior retail experience preferred

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
