As a Retail Sales Associate at PUMA, you will engage customers, process transactions accurately, and maintain store cleanliness. Your experience in a customer service-centered retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear, will contribute to meeting KPIs. Be prepared to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays while adhering to all policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in line with PUMA’s standards
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising compliance
• Execute incoming and outgoing merchandise processing
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service-oriented retail
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly
• Basic computer skills with MS Office knowledge
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly
• Team player with a vibrant spirit
