Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily store operations to meet key performance metrics

• Communicate the brand’s vision and foster engagement

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and operational strategies

• Assist in staff recruitment, training and mentorship

• Optimize sales through effective inventory management

Requirements:

• College degree and a minimum of 2 years in retail management

• Prior leadership experience highly valued

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Capable of working flexible hours, including weekends

• Physical capability to lift weights as necessary
