In this role, you will report to the Store Manager and ensure high-quality support for customer orders and return inquiries. Your duties will include processing transactions, helping customers find products, and managing order fulfillment. A basic understanding of cash handling and retail procedures is required for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process in-store payment transactions accurately
• Greet all customers warmly upon entry
• Help customers locate items in the showroom
• Process exchanges and returns per set procedures
• Fill customer orders and handle safety sheets
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience considered an asset
• Experience in a skilled craft or trade is a plus
• Ability to follow set procedures consistently
• Effective communication skills for customer interactions
• Willingness to assist with stock management and displays
