As a Full-Time Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Store Management team. Your focus will be on cultivating a customer-centric atmosphere, coaching Customer Consultants, and maintaining operational standards. You’ll proactively resolve customer issues and ensure visual merchandising aligns with The Body Shop's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach team members to enhance customer engagement

• Assist with inventory management and store operations

• Proactively resolve customer concerns and provide feedback

• Drive sales and performance targets alongside management

• Support training and onboarding of new staff members

Requirements:
