As the Corporate Store Manager, you will partner with the District Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with District Manager to meet performance goals
• Lead hiring, training, and development of store team
• Manage daily operations and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with HR and operational policies
• Drive business success through SMART goals
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience as a retail manager
• 3–5 years’ experience in people leadership
• Knowledge of retail business management fundamentals
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Experience with POS and cash handling
