Part Time Retail Outfitter

As a Retail Outfitter, you'll report to the Group Sales Manager and work collaboratively to enhance the shopping experience. This role demands a passion for the outdoors and the ability to assist customers in finding the right products. Your responsibilities include promoting programs, maintaining the sales floor, and resolving customer issues effectively to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legendary customer service through personalized assistance

• Promote company programs and merchandise specials

• Maintain visual merchandising and sales floor standards

• Solve customer issues with sound judgment

• Assist in various store areas as needed

Requirements:

• One year experience in sales or customer service preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills

• Experience related to outdoor activities is a plus

• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's products is an asset
