This full-time position will empower you as a Category Merchandising Lead, emphasizing your expertise across product life cycles. Your skills in vendor management and strategic feedback will elevate product quality, ensuring successful launches and alignment with brand objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee product development and lifecycle management
• Direct vendor collaboration on design and timelines
• Drive timely sample development and product approvals
• Maintain line lists and development trackers accurately
• Provide strategic insights for enhancing product offerings
Requirements:
• 8+ years in merchandising or product development
• Proven ability to manage product quality and vendors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Excel and PLM tools expertise required
• Design skills in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
