REMODELS TEAM LEAD

SPAR Canada is seeking experienced Team Leads for our Remodels programs!

Job Description:

SPAR Canada works with a major retailer managing their store remodels. This
Night Shift
position includes leading the fixture setup and merchandising team to accomplish nightly goals. We are seeking an experienced team lead who is capable of leading and supervising a team, is self-sufficient, highly motivated, and has the drive to produce high quality results in a fast-paced environment. Retail supervisory experience preferred. Must be willing to travel.

Requirements:

• Supervisory or Lead Hand experience required
• Supervisory, team building and motivating skills required
• Experience dismantling and assembling retail store fixtures and shelving required
• Merchandising, Planogram or Retail Reset experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with prolong standing
• Ability to work in fast-paced team environment
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license (if driving)
• Personal cell is required and valid email address
• Able to conduct yourself in a professional manner

Compensation

• $24-$26/hour, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours a week.
• Contract position.

Shift

• Night Shift – Sunday to Thursday
• 11pm to 7am
