Become a vital part of OnSite Rentals as a Rental Specialist in Vaughan, Ontario. Contribute to customer satisfaction through efficient equipment rental and ensure all machines are rental-ready.
As a Rental Specialist, you will be the key link between customers and their rental needs. This role blends engaging customer service and practical equipment management tasks. You'll prepare and maintain tools for customer use, all while fostering ongoing relationships with repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with genuine interest and support
• Guide choices on equipment and accessories
• Inspect and clean returned rental tools thoroughly
• Maintain fleet status accurately in rental systems
• Keep the rental area organized and compliant
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of retail or rental experience
• Comfortable using tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and proactive mindset
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Valid Ontario driver's license (G class)
