Reporting to the Store Manager, you will strategically manage store sales and uphold our service standards. This on-site position requires leadership in developing a high-performing team and executing training programs. You'll engage with customers to capture their interest and ensure a consistently exceptional shopping atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional engagement
• Assist with recruitment and training of team members
• Drive product knowledge and communication within the team
• Control payroll and create efficient schedules
• Monitor loss prevention and inventory practices
Requirements:
• 1+ years retail management experience
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays
• Strong communication skills for building a customer-focused culture
• Ability to lead a team towards shared retail goals
• Experience in managing service and sales metrics
