LEGO Store Supervisor Position

This role involves collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) to maintain holiday and attendance schedules while supervising sales associates during shifts. You will also oversee proper money handling and stockroom organization to meet loss prevention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist ASM and SM with team holiday and attendance schedules

• Supervise Sales Associates during working shifts

• Complete office and store supply orders per budget guidelines

• Ensure compliance with money handling procedures

• Maintain accurate stockroom organization and merchandising
