Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and support hourly associates in-store
• Facilitate product training for staff and new hires
• Enhance visual merchandising to boost customer appeal
• Execute cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Requirements:
• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma
• 3-6 months experience in retail environments
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work flexible hours including holidays
• Ability to lift and move weights up to 34 kg
