As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while sharing your passion for pop culture. Engage with customers, manage product replenishment, and ensure outstanding visual presentation throughout the store. Your teamwork and communication skills will contribute to a supportive and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster exceptional customer shopping experiences
• Ensure merchandise zones are visually appealing
• Process purchases and assist with promotions at the register
• Relay trend information to management
• Maintain an organized stock room and store cleanliness
Requirements:
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus
• Skills in customer service and sales are essential
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise
