Serve Walmart customers in Pembroke as a Deli Bakery Associate, using food handling, merchandising, and customer service skills daily. Maintain product quality while supporting deli and bakery sales.
This associate maintains and zones Walmart’s Bakery and Deli areas while assisting with stocking and merchandise sales. The work includes preparing hot food, deli orders, rotisserie chicken, side dishes, and bakery products. Associates follow food safety, pricing, rotation, and display procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Zone shelves, tables, and bunkers with products correctly located
- Rotate stock and check products for expiration dates
- Prepare deli orders, hot food, chicken, and side dishes
- Follow thawing and baking guidelines for bakery merchandise
- Complete signing, pricing, clearance, and markdown procedures
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Follow cold chain and food handling standards
- Record temperatures and calibrate thermometers as required
- Apply product rotation, sell-by, and expiration date procedures
- Follow ordering, labeling, signing, and pricing procedures
Support Walmart’s deli and bakery operations in Pembroke through customer service, food preparation, stocking, and merchandise accuracy.
