This full-time position involves managing a high-energy team, mentoring Brand Ambassadors, and overseeing compliance with sales practices. You'll implement the Pfaff sales model, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor the sales team to meet performance objectives
• Guide Brand Ambassadors in effective customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with accurate deal processing
• Foster execution of Pfaff's sales processes
• Initiate customer follow-ups to enhance satisfaction
Requirements:
• Experienced in vehicle retail sales management
• Past supervisory experience is a plus
• Must hold a valid Ontario Drivers License
• OMVIC Certification is mandatory
• Proficient communication and service skills
