What You’ll DoAs an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey while delivering the premium experience they expect from Audi.

Welcome and engage customers in the showroom and dealership lot.

Build strong, lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Understand customer needs and help identify the right vehicle for their lifestyle and preferences.

Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations, highlighting Audi features, technology, and benefits.

Guide customers confidently through the vehicle purchasing process.

Present financing, warranty, protection, and dealership offerings professionally.

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Develop opportunities through customer relationships, referrals, and follow-up.

Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and ensure a seamless, premium handover experience.

Review vehicle features, warranty information, and documentation during delivery.

Support dealership sales initiatives and contribute to overall team success.

All other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring1 to 3 years of customer-facing sales experience.

Automotive sales experience is preferred, particularly within a luxury environment.

Valid OMVIC Licence.

Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to confidently work toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Professional presence, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.

Genuine interest in automotive products, technology, and the luxury customer experience.
