• Schedule work and coordinate activities with other units or departments.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and submit progress reports.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers; review as necessary.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Perform same duties as workers supervised when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a security or related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid Security Guard License.
• Criminal record check required.

• Physical: combination of sitting, standing, walking; standing for extended periods; work under pressure.
• Work conditions: fast‑paced, on‑site only.
• Shift availability: early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, on‑call, overtime.
