This part-time role involves close collaboration with the leadership team to mitigate loss in the store. Your responsibilities include surveillance, report preparation, and conducting safety audits. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities and be flexible in their availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales floor for theft and safety issues

• Create detailed reports on theft incidents and audits

• Conduct training sessions for loss prevention awareness

• Assist in inventory preparation and management

• Develop relationships with law enforcement and security

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in asset protection or loss prevention

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High School diploma or equivalent education

• Must work flexible hours, including weekends

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
