As an essential part of the leadership at Sephora, you will leverage your experience in asset protection and loss prevention to ensure store security. This position requires providing exemplary client service while analyzing risk and collaborating with law enforcement and mall security. Strong interpersonal communications will facilitate effective employee training and loss prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance using CCTV and monitor sales floor activities

• Prepare incident reports on thefts and recoveries

• Perform store self-audits and safety inspections

• Partner with Leadership in shrinkage prevention initiatives

• Train new hires on loss prevention best practices

Requirements:

• 1 year of retail asset protection experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
