Drive safety and loss prevention at The Home Depot as an Asset Protection Expert. Your focus will be on minimizing theft and ensuring operational compliance in a dynamic retail environment.
In this essential role, you’ll partner with management to execute theft prevention strategies and ensure associates understand shrink issues. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and capable of making sound decisions quickly. Communication skills will be vital in driving collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with store supervisors on loss prevention
• Interview individuals suspected of shoplifting
• Maintain store safety program standards
• Document incidents accurately and securely
• Operate and audit surveillance and security systems
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED necessary
• At least 1 year of experience in retail loss prevention
• Required security guard/private investigator license
• Access to a vehicle for store visits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Contribute significantly to the safety and security culture at The Home Depot.
