Position: Vaughan Security Concierge Opportunity
Elevate resident satisfaction as a Security Concierge in Vaughan, Ontario with First Service Residential. This role demands a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual ready to provide exceptional service.

You will play a crucial role in supporting residents by responding to their inquiries and maintaining safety protocols. Your strong communication and organizational skills will shine as you manage vendor access and uphold privacy standards. Working midnight to early morning, you will cultivate a secure and organized atmosphere for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to resident needs with clarity and professionalism

• Schedule service access and screen messages carefully

• Enforce rules and assist with emergency services coordination

• Observe security hazards and apply necessary safety measures

• Maintain daily documentation and follow client policies

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License is required

• Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent education

• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing long hours

• Excellent communication skills for client interaction

• Completion of relevant college courses is an asset
