This role involves conducting surveillance, engaging with law enforcement, and ensuring compliance with company policies regarding theft apprehensions. Collaborating with the leadership team to implement effective security measures will enhance the overall operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver knowledgeable customer service during store operations

• Use CCTV to prevent and document theft incidents

• Prepare detailed reports on theft and safety investigations

• Conduct store audits and report findings to leaders

• Develop plans with leadership to minimize shrinkage

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in loss prevention or asset protection

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Willingness to cover multiple store locations

• High School diploma or equivalent
