Position: Bilingual Automotive Claims Adjuster Role
The Amynta Group is seeking a Bilingual Automotive Claims Adjuster to appraise mechanical claims in both French and English. This role focuses on effective communication and technical analysis of customer claims.

You will need at least five years of automotive mechanical repair experience to navigate warranty agreements, determine claim coverage, and liaise with repair facilities. Your responsibilities will include authorizing repairs and ensuring best-in-class customer service throughout the claims process, all while meeting company productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit warranty contracts and assess claim coverage

• Facilitate communication with repair facilities and customers

• Approve necessary repairs and associated services

• Provide insights on pricing and labor estimates

• Achieve productivity targets set by the department

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of automotive mechanical repair experience

• Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Knowledge of labor time guides and repair practices
