Become a Fair Booth Assistant with York Region Educational Services in Maple, Ontario, and contribute to local education initiatives. This flexible and ongoing role involves interacting with the community during engaging events.
You will be helping to create a welcoming environment at the fun fair, conducting Lego robotics workshops suited to different learning capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Arrive independently, promptly, and professionally at events
• Engage and greet visitors at the booth confidently
• Facilitate Lego robotics activities based on learning levels
• Manage inventory setup, counting, and teardown
• Collect and provide feedback on the event experience
Requirements:
• Must be at least 12 years old
• Commitment to being punctual and reliable
• Passionate about community service and eager to learn
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Fluent in English for clear communication
