Key Responsibilities:

• Assess eligibility and interview mentees and mentors

• Implement ongoing support for mentorship relationships

• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions

• Collaborate with Employment Consultants to enhance client skills

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Services or a related field

• Minimum one year of mentoring experience

• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
