Support recreational programming in Thornhill as a part-time Recreational Support Worker, using creativity, patience, and communication skills.
Reena seeks contract workers for Community Outreach programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This temporary position runs January 10 through March 7, 2027. Responsibilities include designing activities, reinforcing social and life skills, and attending required training.
Key Responsibilities:- Design recreational activities for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement activities within Community Outreach programs
- Reinforce social and life skills
- Participate in mandatory meetings and training
- Be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate creativity, patience, and communication skills
- Work effectively independently and within teams
- Show flexibility and willingness to learn
- Hold a valid G license, preferred but not mandatory
