About the Opportunity
Data Modeling:  Design and implement enterprise-grade Star Schemas, clearly defining Fact vs. Dimension tables to ensure report performance.
Backend Engineering:  Write complex SQL stored procedures and build SSIS packages to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) raw data from ERP systems (SAP/Navision).
Advanced Power BI Development:  Move beyond drag-and-drop visuals; write custom DAX functions (e.g., Time Intelligence, CALCULATE, Context Filters) to solve business logic problems.
Data Governance:  Cleanse and validate unstructured data, ensuring "Single Source of Truth" accuracy before visualization.
Cross-Functional Support:  Collaborate with the "BI Manager" and HQ teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and integrate new data sources.
About You
Mandarin Fluency:  Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin to coordinate with international technical teams.
The "Builder" Mindset:  You have a background in  Computer Science  or  Database Development , not just general business analysis. You understand  how  the database works.
Technical Toolkit:
3+ years of experience in BI Development or Data Engineering.
SQL Expert:  You can write complex queries, joins, and stored procedures from scratch.
DAX Expert:  You understand "Row Context" vs. "Filter Context" and "Columns" vs. "Measures."

Experience with  SSIS  and  SSAS Tabular Models .
Bonus Assets:  Knowledge of Big Data tools (Apache Doris, Hadoop) or ERP data structures.
Salary Range  $90,000 - $110,000 CAD per year
