As a vital member of RBC’s technology team, you will lead a small group of engineers while paving the way for modern Dev Ops practices. Your focus will be on developing full-stack applications and architecting automated workflows to deliver business value. This role will allow you to influence engineering culture while implementing LLM-based tools across workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical decisions and code reviews for a small team
• Design agentic AI workflows and automation solutions
• Develop automated testing frameworks using Selenium or Py Test
• Champion CI/CD practices and automated deployments
• Mentor junior developers and foster technical excellence
Requirements:
• 7+ years in full-stack software development
• 2+ years in a technical lead role
• Proficiency in Python or Java
• Experience in agentic AI and LLM integration
• Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes
