In this position, you'll be a foundational engineer, defining best practices and driving the architectural direction of our platform.
Your role includes developing core systems while balancing back-end architecture with some UI work. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams, ensuring alignment with both merchant ROI and consumer experiences, ultimately innovating within the sustainability sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and refine MVPs based on insights
• Architect scalable back-end systems
• Collaborate with various departments on technology alignment
• Shape the company's engineering culture and collaboration norms
• Re-architect legacy systems and develop greenfield projects
Requirements:
• 3-7+ years software engineering experience
• Cloud environment and back-end development expertise
• Experience in high-growth, early-stage settings
• Strong API design knowledge
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
